We're so excited to have Pester & Rossi on residency with us at the moment as part of our 'Sandbox' Project funded through Glasgow City Council’s Stalled Spaces initiative.
In collaboration with local community groups, Pester & Rossi will be exploring the history of our local area. They'll be thinking about the importance of communal outdoor space and play - specifically in response to Phoenix Park & Playground which once stood at the junction of New City Road & Garscube Road but was leveled to make way for the M8 Motorway in the 70's.
Their project will culminate in a public event as part of the 2019 Canal Festival on 20th July - keep your eyes peeled for more updates!
